MCDC looks forward to bringing this same combination of business resources to the Kalispell area, and to have Doug Bolender, Subcenter Director of the Kalispell PTAC, on the team. Doug has worked as the Kalispell PTAC Director for 13 years and brings to the table extensive experience helping small businesses successfully compete in government marketplaces. Doug is looking forward to being part of the MCDC team. "I am excited to be working with the MCDC team and continuing my work with current clients. The transition is going smoothly with no interruption of services. The affiliation with MCDC will allow me to bring even greater resources to business owners in the Northwest."
MCDC is honored to be part of the Chamber’s Flathead Business Center and looks forward to working together with the Kalispell Chamber and other partners to deliver high-quality business resources to people in Kalispell and the Flathead Valley. President of the Kalispell Chamber, Joe Unterreiner, is pleased to continue the Chamber's long-standing relationship with PTAC. "After eight years hosting the center, our board decided that the additional requirements of the new contract no longer made it a good fit for our organization. But we strongly believe that the work of the 12 partners in the Flathead Regional Business Center is vital to Flathead Valley economic growth and development. The synergy created by the 14 professionals and additional volunteers has been exceptional. Therefore, we are pleased that MCDC has chosen to maintain the Kalispell office in our facility. We
